Breakfast is the perfect morning delight which acts as a booster to your day; yet not enjoyed by the kids (most of them!). “I don’t love having breakfast! It's not my pick! I'm not gonna eat it!” Every mom hears these arguments daily in the morning, and yes, most of the kids came out of their rooms with the excuses for avoiding breakfast.

Breakfast is the healthiest meal of the day. But, unfortunately, most of us are skipping it daily. Have you ever given it a second thought why you could be missing the most important meal of the day ? I asked myself this question just a few weeks back when I realized I have habitually subconsciously been skipping breakfast .

I figured as a student or people in general, we have the tendency to over eat after leaving the house without a having a healthy hearty breakfast. Skipping breakfast almost always resort to eating way too much at lunch or dinner.

So, what’s the solution? Here's my take on it; the ideal practice is to avoid eating anything heavy three hours before bedtime. Resultantly you would feel hungry in the morning.

It works for me. Trust me; it will work for you as well. I have developed a habit of not eating anything heavy order than light snacks three hours before I go to bed. What I found out was that I'd wake up feeling hungry in the morning. After making this simple change in my eating habits, I noticed a dramatic and reasonable change in my energy level and focus throughout the day

Now my stomach demands nothing but healthy and nutritious foods. Now I feel like if I did not have a nice healthy breakfast before I dart out the door I wouldn't be able to perform my daily tasks as effectively and efficiently as I would like to.

Most kids don’t like to have breakfast before they go to school. But a cool mom always has a solution for them. She knows too well how important breakfast is to their children's growth and wellbeing.

1. French toasts

French toasts in the morning!!! What a perfect start of the day it is!!! One can easily enjoy nutrients of egg, milk, sugar and bread altogether just by having – A French toast.
