Sea Gals Share Some Nutrition Tips at Hoopfest 2008
Recommending that Hoopfest participants eat a healthy, balanced breakfast to beat the summer heat in Spokane, the Sea Gals sat down and shared a few nutrition tips with KXLY-TV’s Leslie Lowe on June 28th “Good Morning Spokane” program.
Breakfast is the key meal for people to get a boost that will energize them through the day. Many healthy breakfast choices, like those described by the Sea Gals, contain high quantities of calcium, vitamin C and D, fiber and iron.
