Grab and Go Breakfast Ideas

           Homemade Trail Mix



6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag salted pretzels
2 cups granola
2 cups cereal
½ cup raisins

Add all ingredients into a large bowl
Mix and serve in Ziploc bags.


           Breakfast Parfait



1-8oz. low-fat yogurt cup (any flavor)
1 cup granola/cereal (raisin bran, cherrios)
1 banana (or fruit of your choice)

Cut the banana into slices.
Put ½ of the yogurt in a disposable cup or bowl.
Put the granola/cereal on top of the yogurt.
Put the rest of the yogurt in and top with the banana slices.
